Job Description

Expected salary: ₱56000 - ₱84000 per month

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Answering customer’s questions via phone and/or live chat
- Maintaining and updating customers’ accounts
- Responding to customers’ complaint, determining the cause of the issue, selecting and explaining the best solutions to the customers
- Collecting and analyzing customer’s feedback for service improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School | College Degree | Bachelor Degree.
- 1 – 2 Years work experience as a CUSTOMER SERVICE.
- Must have a valid PASSPORT ready.
- Able to work in Shifting Schedule and Public Holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong VERBAL and WRITTEN communication ability.
- Language Required: ENGLISH (Fluent)
- Applicants must be willing to RELOCATE overseas.
