Job Description
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR – Voice) and assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and service requests. Work on a dayshift schedule at our Bridgetowne site while providing top-notch customer support.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls and emails professionally.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues.
Utilize client-specific tools and software to manage interactions.
Maintain a customer-first approach with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications:
At least a High School (old curriculum) or Senior High School (new curriculum) graduate.
Minimum 6 months of experience in collections.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Willing to work on-site at Bridgetowne.
