What You’ll Do:
Be the go-to expert for customers needing assistance with orders, returns, and product recommendations.
Assist with billing inquiries, payment processing, and delivery concerns.
Ensure seamless customer experiences through professional and friendly support.
Provide insights on promotions, discounts, and new product launches.
Document customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum).
At least 6 months of customer service experience (retail or e-commerce preferred).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
A passion for helping customers and improving their shopping experience.
Ability to handle inquiries efficiently and maintain a customer-first mindset.
Willing to work on-site in Quezon City.
