What You’ll Do:
Contact customers regarding past-due accounts and assist with payment solutions.
Provide accurate information on billing, account status, and available payment plans.
Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach.
Document customer interactions and escalate issues as needed.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

What We’re Looking For:
At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum).
Experience in financial collections, customer service, or sales is preferred.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Willing to work on-site in Quezon City.
