What You’ll Do:
Handle customer inquiries related to prescriptions, insurance coverage, and healthcare services.
Assist in processing claims, verifying patient information, and resolving concerns.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information on medical products and services.
Ensure a compassionate and professional approach to healthcare-related concerns.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and escalate complex cases when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum).
Experience in customer service or healthcare-related accounts is a plus.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
A customer-first mindset with attention to detail.
