Job Description
The Market Development Executive is responsible for monitoring the competitor landscape to support the development of sales strategies. He/She also supports the acquisition of sales through his generation and follow-up of leads. Through his engagement with customer inquiries and feedback, he/she analyses customer behavior to support client acquisition and retention.
Innovative and resourceful, he/she keeps informed of the organization's products and services as he/she sources new opportunities both locally and regionally. He leverages this knowledge to tailor solutions that meet clients' requirements. He commutes extensively to maintain rapport with potential and existing clients and to close sales leads.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop Sales Strategies
• Apply sales targets to guide the achievement of sales performance
• Conduct market profiling to identify potential market segments and buyer profiles
• Analise sales channels using buyers’ profiles to guide achievement of sales performance
• Relay feedback from buyers on sales factors affecting sales performance to improve sales target development
• Monitor competitor landscape and customer demand to provide market intelligence for strategy development
Create sales opportunities
• Initiate working-level relationships with networks and leads to support sales objectives
• Follow up with leads to increase the potential buyer base
• Implement an enhanced customer acquisition program.
• Prepare PPT and give a presentation of our products to the customers; Prepare PPT and give a presentation of our products to the customers;
Acquire sales accounts
• Interpret buyers’ overall business cycle to support the identification of buyers’ current and future business needs
• Collate relevant information to be included in sales proposals and negotiate sale agreements
• Perform follow-up actions to close sales
• Analise technical requirements or non-standard buyer requests
• Explain technical nuances as well as the pros and cons of various solutions that appeal to buyers' technical requirements
Manage buyer relationships
• Build up good relationships with the nominated customers (The reporting manager arranges your PIC) in the Philippines;
• Communicate and cooperate with our R&D team and subsidiaries (in Japan, Indonesia, Singapore, and Thailand) to give a solution for customers and internal inquiries;
• Analise buyers’ feedback, requirements, and market sentiments using customer relationship tools for product enhancements
• Identify trades that create value or are mutually beneficial for buyers and the organization
• Analise buyers’ data and purchasing behavior from customer relation
Graduated from Food Science, Food Engineering course
Experience of flavor company (client prefers candidate working in the same INDUSTRY)
Experience of sales (Must)
Good at presentation (PowerPoint) and good character
Handled listed account/sales network (Preferred)
Working Days: Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm
Commuting allowance: 6,000-10,000 PHP/month
Cell phone: 2,420 PHP/month
Collection Incentive
Full-year work + Performance bonus: bonus per year based on the previous year's KPI result and Company performance | average of incentive/annual=USD1500 to USD3000
Interview Details: 2 interviews (1interview F2F and need to give an presentations, 2nd interview is online)
For 1st interview, the candidate will do a presentation (Free agenda: introducing yourself, your hobby, place you love ,etc.,)
