Job Description
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience Social Media and e-Commerce Platforms
• Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and IT systems administration
• Ability to install, configure, and maintain IT equipment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to support multiple users and handle IT requests efficiently

The IT Staff is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems. They ensure the company's eCommerce platforms, website, and social media platforms are always up-to-date and running smoothly, while providing technical support to employees and ensuring system security. Handle creative tasks such as designing and managing digital content to enhance the company's online presence, along with the Sales and Marketing Team.
