Job Expectations:

- Base Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 60,000

We are looking for a Program Analyst with expertise in .NET and Angular frameworks to join our client's team. This role requires a highly organized professional with strong English communication skills, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and experience in project and document management. As a Program Analyst, you will collaborate with US-based clients, ensuring seamless project execution while managing technical implementations, stakeholder expectations, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain applications using .NET and Angular.
- Collaborate with US-based clients to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Drive project management activities, including task allocation, tracking, and reporting.
- Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and timely project completion.
- Analyze system requirements and recommend improvements for performance and scalability.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear and timely updates.
- Possible travel to the US when needed to implement solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software development using .NET and Angular.
- Proven experience in project management and document management.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a client-facing role.
- Experience working with US-based clients is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Can start immediately if possible.
- Willingness to work on a night shift schedule.
