Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist customers with flight bookings, itinerary changes, and travel inquiries.
Utilize GDS tools (Sabre/Amadeus) to process reservations and modifications.
Provide accurate and up-to-date travel information.
Handle concerns regarding ticketing, cancellations, and refunds.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience using GDS tools (Sabre/Amadeus)
Experience handling international travel accounts and utilizing GDS tools is a plus
Preferably has completed at least some college-level coursework or holds a minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent)
Average to excellent communication skills
Must be willing to work onsite at our Pasig site
