Job Description
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in an administrative or inventory management role.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to Adapt: Open to working on weekends or holidays as needed.
- Location: Must be willing to work in Quezon City.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Efficient Logistics Management: Ensure the smooth and timely ingress/egress of goods, coordinating set-up and breakdown in a way that minimizes damages and losses.
- Inventory Control: Manage our inventory with accuracy, employing proper warehousing practices and ensuring safe storage and easy accessibility of decor items.
- Administrative Support: Assist with daily office operations, including report preparation, purchase orders, payments, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks to support the team.
- Team Support: Take on additional tasks as needed to support the overall operations and help the team meet goals.
- Salary:
- ₱18,000.00 Monthly
