Job Description
We are looking for an Office staff / Nurse to join our team in a manufacturing setting. The role involves providing medical assistance to employees, ensuring workplace health and safety, and promoting overall employee well-being. The ideal candidate will handle first aid, assist with health-related concerns, and support occupational health programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first aid and medical assistance to employees in case of illness or injury.
• Administer medications and maintain employee health records.
• Conduct health assessments, wellness checks, and basic medical consultations.
• Assist in implementing workplace health and safety programs.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and manage emergency referrals when necessary.
• Educate employees on health, hygiene, and occupational safety.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health regulations and company policies.
• Support HR and Safety teams in accident reporting and risk assessments.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related course.
• Preferably with experience in occupational health or an industrial setting.
• Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle medical emergencies and workplace health concerns.
