Job Description
**Qualifications**
This opportunity is for the Financial Tech Account Customer Service Representatives. While previous experience in a BPO is preferred, it is not a requirement, and newcomers are encouraged to apply. Candidates should have strong proficiency in English and be articulate, High school graduates from the old curriculum are accepted.
**Benefits**
The training program lasts 22 days and includes a training allowance. Additionally, employees will receive a work arrangement subsidy of 1,000 PHP, which will be prorated based on attendance. The job requires a fully on-site setup. Employees will receive health maintenance organization (HMO) benefits approximately 2-3 weeks after their start date. The role includes 20 personal time off (PTO) leaves annually and government contributions, plus a 10% night differential. Overtime will be compensated as well. An internal point system allows for free coffee and meals.
**Salary Package**
The total salary package for this position is 25,000 PHP.
**Start Dates**
Candidates will begin work on March 17.
