Qualifications

Accounts Receivables Analyst
-- Finance, Accounting, or Business-related background
-- 0-5 years of relevant experience
-- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Accounts Receivable Team Lead
-- 5-6 years of AR/OTC experience
-- 2-3 years in a Team Lead role
-- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills

Job Responsibilities
AR Collections Practitioner
-- Contact customers for overdue invoices via phone, email, or portals
-- Reconcile accounts and resolve disputes
-- Process account reconciliations and cash applications
-- Prepare weekly aging reports and manage payment plans

AR Analyst
-- Ensure accurate and timely application of payments
-- Research unidentified receipts and collaborate with teams
-- Generate reports and handle payment inquiries

AR Team Lead
-- Monitor and manage team performance
-- Lead client and interlock meetings
-- Ensure compliance with SLA, business controls, and reporting
