Job Description
Location: E. Rodriguez, Cubao, Quezon City (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH)
Employment Type: Probationary
Availability: Can start ASAP
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Experience in IT Parts Supply Chain or IT Procurement
Exposure to IT parts planning and forecasting
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Develop and implement procurement plans for IT parts based on usage patterns, historical data, and upcoming projects
Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet business needs
Procurement Coordination:
Manage IT parts orders and ensure timely delivery
Assist in budget preparation and monitor procurement expenses
Analyze past consumption data to forecast demand and plan for fluctuations
Reporting & Process Improvement:
Prepare reports and provide insights on procurement trends.
Identify areas for improvement in the procurement process.
Collaboration:
Work closely with IT project teams to align procurement with business requirements
