Job Description
at least 8-10 years experience
with SAP SF certification on some or all modules in scope (salary, MBO, Performance, Succession Planning, Recruiting, Onboarding, SAP HCM)
Ability to engage with HRIS, ITHR, and external vendors, translating business needs into technical solutions
Project management: proven track record as project service manager
SAP SF Functional Analyst
at least 5+ years experience
with SAP SF certification on some or all modules in scope (salary, MBO, Performance, Succession Planning, Recruiting, Onboarding, SAP HCM)
Hands-on experience in ticket resolution, troubleshooting, and system configuration
Familiarity with Incident Management, Problem Resolution, System Enhancement, and Change Requests and process in an AMS environment
SAP SF Integrator
with at least 5+ years experience
with SAP SF certification on some or all modules in scope (salary, MBO, Performance, Succession Planning, Recruiting, Onboarding, SAP HCM)
Developin, implementing, and maintaining the integration solution using SAP's integration tools like Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or Integration Center, including mapping data fields and defining data transformation logic.
Familiarity with Incident Management, Problem Resolution, System Enhancement, and Change Requests and process in an AMS environment
