Vendor Management Senior Specialist

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or any related field.
• Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain management for solid 3 years
• Must have experience in claims processes in life, Health and General insurance for 3 years.
• Experienced in Strong negotiation and contract management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem- solving skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Work closely with Procurement team in the negotiation and management of vendor contracts, including terms and conditions, pricing, and service level agreements.
• Monitor vendor performance and conduct regular vendor evaluations to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve any issues or disputes with vendors in timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their vendor needs and requirements and ensure that vendor services align with business objectives.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve vendor relationships and optimize vendor performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in vendor management to enhance the organization’s vendor management process.
