Job Description
We're on the lookout for a skilled and passionate Product Specialist to join our team! If you have experience in the cosmetic manufacturing industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Developing an in-depth understanding of our product range and their features and benefits
Providing exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering product recommendations
Conducting product demonstrations and trainings to educate customers on the proper use and application of our products
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, product innovations, and competitor information to provide valuable insights to the team
Collaborating with the marketing and sales departments to support the development and promotion of new products
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions and product performance
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as product specialist, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry specifically in developing scalp/hair products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
Passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry and a keen eye for emerging trends and innovations
Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences
