Job Description
- Responsibility Includes responding to incoming calls from the customers, answering questions and inquiries, troubleshooting problems, providing information and handling complaints regarding the organization's products or services.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old (legal age of employment).
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of Exp in a user-facing role within the airline industry, travel agency, or call center, with in-depth knowledge of GDS tools (Sabre/Amadeus).
- Experience handling international travel accounts and utilizing GDS tools is a plus.
- Preferably has completed at least some college-level coursework or holds a minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent).
- Average to excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Must be willing to work onsite at our Pasig site.
