Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Call potential customers from a given list
-Understand customer needs and interests.
-Identify and qualify interested customers.
-Set appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team.
-Explain the benefits of the company’s products or services.
-Answer customer questions and address concerns.
-Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
-Provide accurate information about products or services.
-Keep records of calls, interactions, and sales.
-Update customer details in the system.
Qualifications:
-High school graduate
-Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
-Strong communication and persuasive skills.
-Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM software.
-Good time management and organization skills.
-Ability to work independently and in a team.
-Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people.
-Amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
