As part of our world-class Fintech client’s support team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for every customer.
What You'll Do:
Deliver outstanding customer experiences by understanding and addressing customer needs effectively.
Provide support via chat, email, and phone, ensuring quick and efficient resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues.
Utilize internal resources like the Knowledge Base and FAQs to research and provide thorough responses.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance service efficiency.
Demonstrate honesty, accountability, and a proactive mindset, continuously striving for improvement.
A Day in the Life:
Start your shift: Log into systems and review key updates.
Daily huddle: Participate in team discussions on important announcements and updates.
Live Chat / Phone Support Shift:
Handle real-time customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Research and provide accurate solutions using internal tools.
Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Escalate complex cases through the appropriate channels.
Email Support Shift:
Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email.
Research and provide well-documented solutions.
Escalate cases requiring further assistance.
Training & Development: Participate in coaching sessions and client-led training to enhance your skills.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to multi-task and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability to change in a dynamic startup setting.
Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Work Details:
Salary Package: ₱25,000 (after successfully completing training)
Work Location: On-site at 19th Floor, 6783 Robinsons Summit Center, Ayala Avenue, Makati City (near Ayala Triangle Gardens)
Work Schedule: Shifting schedule (Day, Mid, and Night shifts)
