Job Description
Location: Pasig City (Full On-site)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 50,000 per month
Job Summary:
The Brand Manager will drive brand visibility, market share, and business growth through strategic marketing initiatives. This role involves analyzing market trends, managing product launches, overseeing digital marketing efforts, and coordinating in-store and print media campaigns. Budget planning and alignment with business objectives are also key responsibilities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competition.
Develop and execute market strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
Prepare strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Manage product launches from inception to execution.
Oversee e-commerce operations and analyze performance metrics.
Handle social media, ad campaigns, and email marketing.
Assist in marketing planning and budget allocation.
Coordinate in-store marketing, mall activities, and print media campaigns.
Plan and execute marketing events.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Communication, Advertising/Media, or a related field.
Experience: At least 5+ years in brand management, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
Skills:
Proficiency in Brand Development, Product Management, and Promotion.
Knowledge of inventory management, visual merchandising, and e-commerce platforms.
Strong analytical skills for market, consumer, and competitor insights.
Experience with digital marketing tools, including social media, email marketing, and ad campaigns.
Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for brand consistency and visual storytelling.
