Job Description
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting & Admin, preferably in a Manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of BIR, PEZA, and other government compliance regulations
- Proficiency in General Accounting Systems (McFrame, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar software)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel & Google Drive
- Experience in payroll processing and financial auditing is a plus
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to meet tight deadlines
RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔ Assist in Month-End Closing Activities:
・Organize and maintain accounting records in Google Drive.
・Update and monitor sales aging reports.
・Finalize and record inventory counts.
・Generate bank statements and update cash position reports.
・Scan and save financial documents as needed.
✔ Prepare and Submit Financial Reports:
・Monthly Financial Statements & Management Reports
・General Ledger & Cash Position Management Sheet
・IFRS16 Lease (if applicable)
・Other reports as required by management
✔ General Accounting Functions:
・Weekly monitoring of sales aging.
・Ensure compliance with accounting standards.
・Conduct account reconciliations and variance reporting.
・Process and categorize financial transactions.
・Oversee day-to-day accounting tasks, including check and receipt reconciliation.
✔ Tax & Compliance:
・Prepare and file BIR, PEZA, and other government reports.
・Ensure timely payments and filings (1601C, 1702Q, 2550Q, 1604C, etc.).
・Manage PEZA and SEC reporting requirements.
✔ Payroll & Financial Audits:
・Assist in payroll processing and final pay computations.
・Support internal and external financial audits.
✔ Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable:
・Process company payables, including online banking transactions.
・Coordinate with banks for financial transactions and FOREX.
✔ Office & Facility Management
・Monitor office equipment and assets.
・Oversee maintenance schedules for facilities and company vehicles.
・Source and procure office supplies and services.
✔ Contract & Document Management
・Review and renew company contracts and insurance.
・Maintain and organize contract files for compliance.
✔ Employee & Guest Services
・Arrange transportation, accommodations, and travel documents for employees and guests.
・Handle employee welfare programs, including medical insurance renewals and uniform distribution.
✔ Government & Compliance Coordination
・Liaise with government agencies (SSS, BIR, PEZA, DOLE) for business and employee-related documentation.
・Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
✔ Human Resource Support
・Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
・Maintain company policies and organization charts.
・Process employee timekeeping, overtime, and payroll-related concerns.
