Job Description

WE’RE HIRING: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We're looking for a versatile and organized Administrative Assistant! This role involves clerical tasks, liaising with government agencies, and assisting different departments, including License and Compliance, Accounting Operations, and Financial Reporting.

Location: Brgy. Mariana, Quezon City
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Perform skilled clerical work and provide assistance to supervisors across various departments, including License and Compliance, Accounting Operations, and Financial Reporting.
- License and Compliance Support: Work closely with the License and Compliance Supervisor to facilitate collaboration and partnerships with stakeholders.
- Liaison Work: Conduct fieldwork (50%) to liaise with relevant government agencies and entities to secure and maintain licenses, certifications, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year course (preferably Social Work, Communication, or Business-related degree)
- At least one (1) year of experience in administrative work or a related field
- Willingness to conduct fieldwork to liaise with government agencies.
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- High attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Team player, creative, and resourceful.
