Job Description
At least 1 year of experience as Procurement Staff or equivalent.
Knowledgeable in Procurement/Purchasing Functions
Maintains and updates related purchasing records or data in the system (such as supplier information quotations and purchase orders)
Works closely with the team to ensure all requested work are acted upon and completed on time.
Assist in raising, processing and follow-up of purchase orders.
Maintain proper records and filling of all purchasing related documents.
Coordinate with and provide updates, establishes and maintains regular communication with internal customers and submits related reports as required by the superior.
Assists and performs other staff's tasks in case of absence.
Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
Willing to be assigned at Murata Innovators, FPIP Santo Tomas, Batangas.
