Job Description
The Quality Assurance Specialist will play a critical role in shaping, improving and managing the overall quality of IntelyPros within the IntelyCare network of nurses and nursing aides.
Responsibilities
Educate nurses regarding the standards of their role, including discussing best practices, and assigning education and action plans for underperforming nurses.
Order drug screen and interpret drug screen results.
Make employment decisions for nurses who are in violation of IntelyCare policies.
Works closely with the Clinical Quality Team to manage and improve the integrity of the IntelyCare network of nurses, including participation in weekly Quality Assurance Staff meetings.
Work with the IT department to ensure accurate reporting of shift adherence.
Ensuring accurate nurses time reporting.
Works closely with Operations team to ensure efficient handling of complaints.
Additional responsibilities as needed.
Follow QA guidelines for identifying poor performing nurses.
Review and investigate complaints related to Shift Adherence, Shift Abandonment, Reports of Impairment, and Narcotic Diversion concerns including contacting nurses.
Qualifications
Must be a Registered Nurse.
Atleast 2 years of BPO Experience.
Has experience in the hospital setting.
Expertise in Microsoft Office programs and Google docs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
Possess strong analytical skills.
Ability to work weekends. Schedule to include Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday 8a-5p EST. Rest days: Thursday and Friday.
