Job Description
This position requires a skilled individual proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with a keen eye for detail and a constant drive for optimizing product listings across various e-commerce platforms. The Content Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing product imagery, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all online channels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop and design visually appealing marketing materials using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. This includes creating graphics for images, presentations, catalogs, and other marketing collateral.
Image Management: Utilize Stamina-provided images and source high-quality stock photography to create impactful visuals for product listings and marketing campaigns.
E-commerce Platform Management: Upload and optimize product content, including images, descriptions, and specifications, to various retailer websites such as Amazon, HSN, QVC, Target, Academy, and others. Ensure consistency and accuracy of information across all platforms.
Product Listing Optimization: Continuously monitor and review product pages on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms for performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as approved. This includes analyzing metrics and suggesting modifications to enhance visibility, conversion rates, and customer experience.
Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to understand product details, marketing objectives, and brand guidelines.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding content updates, performance analysis, and optimization strategies.
Catalog Management: Edit and update product catalogs, ensuring accuracy and consistency of information.
Presentation Development: Create compelling and informative presentations for internal and external use.
