Job Description
Salary: PHP 240,000/month (gross)
Benefits: HMO + 3 dependents upon joining, 20 SL + 20 VL (accrued monthly)
Job Requirements:
10+ years of experience in QA testing (Selenium, JMeter, etc.)
3-5 years in a managerial role
Experience in test automation design & development
Strong background in writing test cases from software requirements
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with Jira and test management plugins
Key Responsibilities:
Develop test plans and scripts for multiple testing phases
Lead and manage a fully automated test environment
Interface with Product Team to improve software quality
Work closely with Development & QA teams to manage deliverables
