Job Description

1. Facilitates the selection, recruitment, and deployment of qualified personnel in response to manpower requisitions needed.
2. Carries out background checks on all candidates who pass the interview for the positions.
3. Receives, checks the 201 files' contents for completeness with accordance to the filing requirements, and updates employee 201 files.
4. Ensure that all company employees are aware of their employment contracts, have signed them, and have them filed in the 201 files.
5. Updates and monitors personnel, providing the immediate head information on the warehouse's manpower condition for their review and monitoring.
6. Ensures the accuracy of an employee's status in the warehouse by preparing and processing the necessary paperwork for probationary and yearly employee evaluations, wage adjustments, position changes, transfers, regularization, and contract termination.
7. Announce and disseminate updates on the programs that the government has implemented.
8. Ensures that every employee is aware of the benefits provided by the company and is qualified to use all the provisions that have been implemented.
9. Provides incident reports and attendance verification to employees who failed to time in or out so they may explain what happened. This is done on a regular basis for employees whose attendance is inconsistent.
10. Conducts company orientation for new hires so they can become familiar with company regulations and the company code of conduct.
11. Coordinates grievance handling conflicts as necessary and ensures that the right grievance handling procedure is followed, resulting in the completion of disciplinary actions in accordance with corporate policy and applicable laws.
12. Assists with processing payroll, dealing to employee inquiries, resolving processing problems, and distributing payslip.
13. Consult HR Head for further evaluation and decision on any issues and concerns or incident reports received.
14. Protects sensitive employees’ information and maintains confidentiality about management or business information that is not available to non-management employees such as business strategies and other confidential data.
15. Carries out any additional tasks that may be required to meet the department's and the company's goals.
