Job Description
Develop and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, and project managers.
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
Assist clients with product selection and ensure project compliance.
Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Monitor projects and provide after-sales service.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in technical sales, construction materials, or B2B sales.
Strong knowledge of the construction industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM software.
Willingness to travel for site visits.
Location: Mabolo, Cebu
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary Range: Php 23,000– Php 25,000 per month (Base + Commission)
