We are seeking a skilled and experienced Outsourced Travel Agent with expertise in the Sabre system to join our team. As an outsourced travel agent, you will be responsible for assisting our clients with their travel bookings, providing exceptional customer service, helping create itineraries, and ensuring a smooth travel experience.

What you’ll be doing:
Utilize the Sabre system to handle travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
Provide personalized travel recommendations and advice to clients based on their preferences and needs.
Assist clients in planning and organizing their travel itineraries.
Research and stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of travel reservations and documentation.
Handle any travel-related issues or concerns that may arise during the booking process or while clients are traveling.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions with clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience as a Travel Agent, preferably in an outsourced or remote capacity.
In-depth knowledge and proficiency in using the Sabre system for travel bookings.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and remotely, while still collaborating effectively with team members and clients.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Familiarity with travel industry regulations and best practices.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate clients' travel needs.
