Job Description
- Maintain plumbing systems to ensure functionality
- Conduct de-clogging regularly
- Inspect alarm systems (fire protection) and schedule repairs when needed
- Inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues
Qualifications:
- TESDA NCII Holder
- With BOSH/COSH/Technical Certificate is an advantage
- At least 2-3 years work experience in building or warehouse maintenance, basic troubleshooting of equipment, and repairs and maintenance
- Basic troubleshooting (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing)
- Can read and analyze plans and lay-out
- Must be able to drive a 4-wheel and 2-wheel vehicle and have a valid driver’s license
- Amenable to work from Mondays to Saturdays in Makati City
