Job Description
Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Assist with product setup and configuration.
Escalate complex issues as needed.

Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate (new curriculum)
Must be at least 3 – 4 years Technical Support Experience
