Job Description

SALARY: 90,000
LOCATION: UPA Technohub, Quezon City
SCHEDULE AND WORK SETUP: 10PM to 7AM, could rotate / Hybrid (3 days onsite/2 days wfh)

QUALIFICATIONS:
*Obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in IT or any Computer related course
*With 3 to 6 years of experience Cloud Infrastructure Support
*Incident and bridge handling experience
*Great communication skills (speaking and writing executive communication)
*Has dashboarding experience (not specific but Splunk, AppDynamics and Quantum Metrics is a plus)
*Reading alerts and creating alerts.
*API Monitoring
