Job Description
The Assistant Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of inbound and/or outbound telephone calls and other customer contact methods (e.g., email, chat) to ensure they meet quality standards. This role involves documenting quality issues and performance measures for management review, and assisting in the feedback and formal education process of individuals. You will lead the development of new solutions, share best practices, and provide advice to your co-workers. Additionally, you will coordinate the daily operations and enable the implementation of short to medium-term activities within the team. The Assistant QA Manager will manage a mixed team of specialists and support staff, with full employee lifecycle responsibility, and contribute to operational policies, processes, and standards.
