Job Description

Sales Supervisor
Salary: 30,000 - 35,000
Willing to be assigned to Mandaluyong

Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and support a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets. Provide ongoing
coaching and feedback to ensure high levels of performance and professional growth.
• Sales Strategy Implementation: Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue and
market share growth. Adjust strategies based on market conditions and customer feedback.
• Performance Monitoring: Set individual and team sales goals and track performance against targets. Use data-driven insights to identify
areas for improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to improve the sales team’s product knowledge, sales techniques, and
customer service skills. Foster an environment of continuous learning and growth.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Act as a point of contact for
high-value customers and handle escalated customer concerns or issues.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales trends, and market conditions. Provide feedback and
recommendations to upper management to improve sales operations.
• Recruitment & Staffing: Assist in the hiring process of new sales staff. Conduct interviews and onboard new team members to ensure
they are equipped to succeed.
• Inventory & Product Knowledge: Ensure the sales team is well-versed in the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of the
company’s products or services. Monitor product stock levels to meet customer demands.

Qualifications:
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in sales management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze sales performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
Salary:
₱30,000.00 Monthly
