Job Description
Shift: Graveyard
Employment Type: Full-Time Contractor*
Requirements:
> Graduate of a 2-Yr or 4-Yr program (Associate/Bachelor's)
> At least two (2) years of OM experience handling a technical or IT program (Preferably with BPO Operations experience)
> Technical knowledge and experience are mandatory i.e. hardware, network, and software are highly preferred
> Must have experience in POS - either managing a program and/or has POS knowledge and experience troubleshooting
> Must have experience in managing a program and a large team remotely.=
> Excellent client and communication skills
> Experience with launches is highly preferred
