Location: Philippines (Remote or Office-Based)
Schedule: Night-Shift Schedule (U.S. Hours)
Reports to: Director of Digital Engagement and Platforms
Compensation:
Manager: 100k–130k
Assistant Manager: 60k–80k
Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and results-oriented Manager of Marketing Operations to join our team. In this role, you will drive the optimization of marketing performance, manage data-driven marketing campaigns, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across digital channels. You will focus on leveraging marketing tools like Marketo, Demandbase, and Salesforce to execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies targeting senior B2B audiences. The ideal candidate is a certified expert in marketing operations with a passion for performance marketing, innovation, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Operations Excellence:
Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, and ZoomInfo, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Establish and maintain scalable processes for marketing operations to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices for managing marketing data.
Campaign Execution and Optimization:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and search engines, aligning with pipeline and revenue goals.
Use A/B testing to optimize subject lines, headlines, display ads, content, and creative for maximum engagement and conversion.
Implement performance marketing strategies to prioritize lead quality and account engagement.
Data Analysis and Insights:
Oversee and optimize database cleanup to improve automation capabilities for marketing campaigns.
Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, including campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue attribution.
Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders for data-driven decision-making.
ABM and Personalization Strategy:
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute ABM campaigns targeting senior B2B audiences.
Leverage data and analytics to hyperpersonalize email communications, messaging, and content for target accounts.
Monitor and optimize account engagement to accelerate pipeline velocity.
Analyze and share insights from intent data delivered via Demandbase.
Innovation and Problem-Solving:
Resolve technical and operational challenges with creativity and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Continuously explore new tools, techniques, and approaches to enhance marketing operations and campaign performance.
Collaboration and Leadership:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and client success, to align efforts and meet shared objectives.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Be accountable for meeting goals, targets, and deadlines while building trust and collaboration across teams.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Certifications:
Marketo Certified Expert (Required)
Salesforce Certified (Required)
Demandbase Certified (Required)
Experience:
7+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or data analytics in a B2B environment.
Proven expertise with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Demandbase to drive marketing performance.
Successful experience in optimizing campaigns through A/B testing and analyzing data.
Experience targeting senior B2B audiences with personalized messaging and high-impact campaigns.
Preference for candidates with experience working U.S. market hours.
