Job Description
-Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products or services
-Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
-Process orders, returns, refunds, or exchanges as needed
-Maintain customer records and update account information
-Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervision
Required Skills:
-Open to HS/SHS Graduate, College Undergrad, College Graduate.
-With or without experience
-Good communication skills.
-Willing to be process onsite and can start ASAP

This position will be working with American business process outsourcing company.
