Job Description
Schedule: 7:30 AM - 5:20 PM, Mondays - Fridays
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA (preferred)
• 3-5 Experience in leading and managing tax team/group (Tax Manager)
• Strong background in tax law and regulations - BIR, PEZA, BOC, SEC, PSE, LGUs
• Knowledge in reportorial requirements - BIR, SEC/PSE, PEZA, BOC & LGUs
• Manage/Handling BIR HO tax audits
• Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to make and support decisions regarding accounting and tax matters
• Highly motivated, self-starter with ability to multitask
Job Description:
-Tax Accounting
• Ensure the Company's compliance with national and local tax laws and regulations
• Oversee all tax-related functions, including filing tax returns
• Managing tax audits and external auditors
• Review and analyze tax documents and financial reports - to ensure they meet the regulatory standards:
1. BIR - under Large Taxpayers
2. SEC and PSE
3. PEZA Registered Business Enterprise (RBE)
4. BOC
5. Local Government Units (LGUs)
-Treasury Accounting
• Manages company's financial resources and investment
1. Optimizing investment returns
2. Manage the funds in its bank accounts
-Head Office General Accounting
• Manage accounting activities
• Creation and analyzing financial data
- Salary:
- ₱100,000.00 Monthly
