Job Description
Responsible for presenting the lease properties to prospective lessors. The goal is to scout potential clients, turn them into actual ones, and achieve high occupancy rates.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages and directs the daily activities of the leasing operations department in accordance with organization policies and standards.
- Responsible for all leasing functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements.
- Oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service.
- Coordinate promotions to increase the number of tenants.
- Thorough knowledge of department processes.
- Reports to a head of a unit/department.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree, Business Studies, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the on-site leasing field.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Has leadership ability.
