Spotter

Guide heavy equipment operators in safely and efficiently operating their equipment using hand signals and verbal communication.
Identify and communicate hazards to the operator, such as overhead power lines, uneven terrain, and other workers in the area.
Direct traffic around heavy equipment, ensuring that workers and vehicles are kept safe.
Monitor the work area for potential hazards and take corrective action as needed.
Report any accidents or injuries to the appropriate personnel.
Experience working in a construction or industrial environment
Knowledge of heavy equipment and its safe operation
Ability to understand and follow safety procedures
Good communication and teamwork skills
