Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize HRIS systems, ensuring efficiency and data accuracy
Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth system operations
Provide support to HR teams, guiding them in HRIS usage
Collaborate with IT to integrate HRIS tools across platforms
Analyze HR data and generate actionable insights through reports

Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in HR, focusing on HRIS systems and administration
Proven experience as a system administrator or super user for an HRIS system
Expertise in HRIS platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, or Oracle
Strong technical, analytical, and reporting skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to train non-technical users
Problem-solving mindset and strong project management capabilities
