Job Description
Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: To be discussed during the interview
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare all PEZA-related documents (EZTs, 8106, 8105, 8110, 8112, etc.)
Handle Boatnote preparation
Prepare and monitor Letter of Authority (LOA)
Manage all Bureau of Customs (BOC) transactions
Oversee importation processes
Act as the liaison between SteelWell and the broker
Monitor Airway Bills
Coordinate direct and indirect import/export with relevant departments
Work with brokers on importation matters
Job Requirements:
Degree in Customs Administration or any Business-related course
Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
