Job Description
Join our Telco Account team and help customers with their telecommunication needs, including mobile, internet, and account concerns. If you have strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries, service concerns, and basic troubleshooting for telecom services.
• Provide clear and professional assistance regarding billing, account updates, and service plans.
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience by resolving issues efficiently.
• Maintain quality and performance standards set by the company.
Job Qualifications:
• At least High School Graduate/ Senior High School Graduate.
• English Proficiency – Must have B1 level or higher (CEFR) to effectively assist customers.
• Willing to Work On-site in Makati City
• Assessment Requirements:
o Versant Onsite Test – A company-administered English proficiency test to evaluate your speaking and comprehension skills.
o Operations Validation (OV by Ops) – A final interview or assessment by the Operations Team to ensure you meet the role’s requirements.
