Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to shipping, tracking, and delivery inquiries.
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely solutions to customer concerns.
• Update customer records and shipment details in the company system.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while assisting customers.
• Meet performance targets to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
• At least High School Graduate/ Senior High School Graduate.
• Call Center Experience – At least six months of experience in a customer service role.
• Strong English Skills – Must be comfortable speaking and writing in English (B2 level).
• Fast & Accurate Typing – Minimum 30 words per minute (WPM) typing speed.
• Customer Service Excellence – Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Quality Performance – Meet company service standards to ensure top-notch customer satisfaction.
• Roleplay Assessment – Be prepared to demonstrate customer service skills in a roleplay exercise with our Training Assistant.
