Job Description
• Bachelor's degree or undergrad completed 2 years of college are welcome to apply
• 2 years of BPO/Customer Service experience handling Policy and Administration from the Insurance sector.
• Specialized in Homeowners/Property Insurance, focusing on customer service, policy changes, and coverage understanding.
• LOB: INSURANCE
• Willingness to work on shifting/night shift and onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City
Required skills:
• Above-average communication skills
• Strong comprehension skills, essential for understanding and explaining policy details.
• Experience in Non-Life Insurance policies
• Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining service quality.
