Job Description

Senior QA Manager
(Work From Home)

Lead and manage software quality assurance to ensure high-performing, scalable products. Develop test plans, automation frameworks, and testing strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
• 10+ years in QA with tools like Selenium, JMeter
• 3-5 years in a managerial role
• Expertise in test automation design and development
• Strong skills in test case creation, execution, and tracking
• Experience with Jira and test management plugins
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and analytical skills

Responsibilities:
• Develop automated testing processes and tools
• Create and manage test plans, scripts, and frameworks
• Collaborate with product and development teams on software quality
• Ensure efficient QA strategies across all project phases

Salary: Php240,000/month gross monthly
Work Schedule: 9 am - 6 pm (Work From Home)
Benefits: HMO+ 3 Dependents upon joining, 20 SL + 20VL (accrued monthly)
