Job Overview:
We are looking for a Trainer Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions, mentoring employees, and ensuring they develop essential workplace skills. If you have a passion for teaching and a background in finance, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Conduct training on general skills and competencies, including:
Verbal & Written Communication
Time Management Skills
Basic Spreadsheet/Document Creation Skills
Develop training materials and facilitate engaging sessions
Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback
Support continuous learning and employee development
Qualifications:
Preferably with prior trainer experience
Background or experience in finance is an advantage
Strong communication and leadership skills
