Job Description
Tester of lead failure analysis and unit failures.
To lead yield improvement.
To help reduce line scrap rate by 2%
To train and mentor Test and FA Engineers.
To design, implement, conduct test and evaluate procedures to ensure system performance requirements are met.
To coordinate preventive actions for unit and tester failures.
To facilitate tester qualification and improvement during NPI build.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Electrical, Electronics and Computer Engineering.
With at least 3-5 years of work experience as Failure Analysis and Test Engineering.
Knowledgeable in SPC Tools, FMEA and DOE.
Basic knowledge in Electrical Connection and Mechanical Drawing Interpretation.
Have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PPT
Knowledgeable in Macro Programming and Mini Tab.
