- Age: 25-35 years old
- Gender: Male or Female
- Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing.
- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative tasks and reporting for the Operations Manager.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the industry.
- Prepare materials for promotional campaigns and execute them effectively.
- Attend client meetings as needed.
- Promote hair products and cosmetics.
- Manage marketing strategies across social media and traditional platforms.
- Conduct fieldwork, including store and salon visits.
- Prepare marketing presentations based on brand priorities.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and adapt to company policies.
- Actively contribute to the company's goals.
